Construction

The construction was completed in 2023 by Dalgarno Construction, known for over 40 years of expertise in luxury building on Orcas Island. Landscaping, completed in 2024, was designed by Kenneth Philp Landscape Architects. All custom metalwork by Heavy Metal of Whidbey Island. Cabinetry, panels, built ins and some furniture crafted by NWCI of Seattle. All AV, music, motorized shades, Colorbeam low volt lighting and more by Crestron Smart Home installed by Reference Media of Bellingham. Floor to ceiling windows and doors by Dynamic Fenestration of BC, Canada

Granite sliced steps and lighted pathways elegantly connect the homes with Main Residence
