Full-spectrum and dimming control
Throughout the residence, Colorbeam lighting was selected for its cutting-edge, low-voltage system—typically found only in top-tier commercial applications. These tunable LED fixtures operate on DC power, significantly reducing energy consumption and heat output while delivering smooth dimming and precision color tuning. The result is an energy-efficient, fully integrated lighting environment that elevates both ambiance and functionality.
Colorbeam’s linear LED strip lighting has been artfully integrated into upper cabinets, floating shelves, stair treads, and floating vanities—highlighting architectural details with a subtle glow. Recessed ceiling fixtures, also by Colorbeam (with few exceptions), provide tunable, dimmable lighting throughout the home, ensuring a cohesive visual experience and full-spectrum control from room to room.
Carefully selected line-voltage designer pendants add drama to focal points, while select closets are fitted with concealed LED lighting that activates automatically when doors open.
Crestron motorized shades are discreetly pocketed into the ceilings, preserving sight-lines and design integrity. With the push of a button—or a spoken command—you can raise or lower every shade in the home in unison or room-by-room.

Tucked just off the dining room, the custom coffee and wine bar room is completely wrapped in European white oak, designed for both beauty and performance. It features a Sub-Zero wine cooler and beverage center, a built-in plumbed Miele coffee system, stone countertops, a prep sink, and a discreet Miele warming drawer for effortless entertaining. Accordion-style upper cabinets open with sensor lighting to reveal crystal and glassware, enhancing the ambiance.

Sound Quality
For audio, James Loudspeakers small aperature series were flush-mounted into the wood ceilings in main living areas and primary bedroom, delivering sound through minimal apertures that virtually disappear. Inside each of these speakers is a powerful yet compact subwoofer, coupled with a module that handles the midrange and high frequencies.
The sound quality is nothing short of staggering. Outdoor areas, the garage, and additional rooms are equipped with Crestron speakers, creating seamless sound throughout
